Diplomatic Immunity out the window for Indian Wimmens

Goliath report on story interesting to all and the many.  Goliath get report from the little heard from Syn 2 that Indian Operative that just so happens to be totally babelicious was arrested in NYC.  Devyani Khobragade the deputy consul general in New York, was arrested last Thursday outside of her daughter’s Manhattan school on charges that she lied on a visa application about how much she paid her housekeeper, an Indian national.   Perhaps that is a big big big crime that abrogates DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY…but Goliath kinda doubt it.  Could be more…much more is afoot.

According to Ms. Khobragde’s Facebook page,  https://www.facebook.com/devyani.khobragade/media_set?set=a.79201154272.70919.548479272&type=3 she is a  ‘follower’ of Deepti Jharwal  another beautiful Indian wimmens  who worked for the Indian Foreign Service and currently resides in Moscow.  https://www.facebook.com/deepti.jharwal?fref=st

Ms. Khobragade was arrested,  thrown in the slammer with common crooks and drug addicts and reportedley subjected to ‘cavity searches’.   Secretary of State, John Kerry has reportedly expressed “REGRETS” to the Indian Government about this shabby treatment of this beautiful wimmens.  http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/12/18/kerry-voices-regret-over-indian-diplomat-arrest-as-clash-escalates/

However, the damage is done….or…perhaps undone.  Since when does a deputy consul get arrested and charged with a $250,000 bond for inaccuracies on her visa application?

Never fear…Pesty has been dispatched to NYC and GAWNEWS intends to get to the bottom of this story!!!  Part of the answer may lie in the identity of the elderly white gentleman to Devyani’s right in this photo from earlier this year.

If Syn is relaying intel to the GNB,
this political diplomatic “set up” story is big.
    VERY high level intrigue!
And what a phony cover story
    for the arrest/created scandal!
Who is REALLY behind this setup?
    How did GAW
get the storied operative SYN involved?

MI6, CIA, and associated front “cut outs”

With The GNB tasking the smooth Pesty
to go to New York City…..
and the globe trotting operative Synonymous II already on the ground….

“The defendant and prosecutor file briefs that summarize the case facts, frame the legal issues to be decided, and present persuasive written arguments (supported by constitutional, statutory or prior case decision authority).”

This can be a part of the process and applied in the handling of certain cases.

    GAW News asks:
    RENEGADE OPERATION?
    DEEP, UNDERCOVER OPERATION?
STRANGE ABUSE OF THE DIPLOMATIC PROCESS?

    The question remains,
why in the world would a female diplomat
    suddenly be subjected
to the full weight of the Federal guv-mint
    in a criminal proceeding
for a very minor, isolated alleged offense?
If the alleged “offense’ did take place,
why is being handled in such an abusive and clumsy manner?
Wouldn’t a letter and a meeting and a simple discussion be sufficient
and even that would be considered highly unusual.
A civil notice process and discussion would be much preferred.
Why would a representative member of the Indian
    government be subjected to arrest,
formal booking, strip search, DNA swab,
    and incarceration, for such
    an alleged offense ?

    A $250,000 BOND was set!

Does the federal government not have
real criminals and terrorists to chase?

    Question:
    Why the emphasis
    on this particular member
    of the Indian mission?

Our foreign serving diplomatic missions are being placed
in the position of retaliatory overseas danger
over the hiring…….. of a nanny?
    Sheesh.
    This is absurd.
    The GNB News Bureau
may be able to solve this mystery,
    but the entire “diplomatic incident”
    seems contrived and most unusual.

    Was an attempted bribe demanded
    from the Indian official
    before the hideous arrest process
    was implemented?

Indian officials said Khobragade had earlier accused the housekeeper of blackmailing her last summer over the salary amount.

External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid told reporters on Thursday that Khobragade should never have been arrested, and that the housekeeper should have been arrested instead.

Khurshid told reporters that the housekeeper had offered Khobragade a “settlement,” demanding that the diplomat arrange for a new passport, a work visa and a large sum of money for the maid, in exchange for which she would not report the diplomat.

    Breaking news

NEW DELHI: Parliamentary affairs minister Kamal Nath
on Thursday said that to satisfy India,
the US will have to apologize
    and admit their mistake
    for the arrest and
    subsequent
    humiliation
    of Indian diplomat Devyani Khobragade.

The statement comes after US secretary of state John Kerry called India’s national security advisor Shivshankar Menon on Wednesday to express his “regret” over the situation in a bid to end the standoff between the two countries over the issue.

“Just regretting and completing a formality is not acceptable. We are not happy. The way they have handled this case, their behaviour and attitude… they will have to apologize,” Nath told media persons here.

“They should admit that they have committed a mistake and only then will we be satisfied,” he added.

Khobragade, India’s deputy consul general in New York, was strip-searched, cavity-searched and swabbed for DNA after her arrest in New York last week on charges of visa fraud and under-paying her maid.

The 39-year-old was confined with criminals before being released on a $250,000 bail.

Following the incident, privileges given to the US diplomats in India were pared down, including withdrawal of diplomatic ID cards issued by the Indian government, taking away airport passes and withdrawing extra security barricades outside the US embassy.

There is lots of conflicting info emerging

    over why this “diplomatic scandal”
suddenly occurred to try to derail this young person’s career !
